With years of experience training civilians, law enforcement, and armed professionals, Jeff’s approach is grounded in accountable fire, situational awareness, and the unconscious consciousness necessary to perform under duress.

Jeff’s training philosophy is built on hard-earned proficiency, not gimmicks or shortcuts. He emphasizes soft skill integration and decision-making as critical factors in surviving and prevailing in armed encounters. His curriculum, including Dynamic Combative Training, merges technical skill-building with scenario-based training to develop shooters who can execute on demand, under pressure, and with purpose.
